The ADNOC Pro League reached the 100-goal mark for the 2026-27 season at the conclusion of Matchweek 4, which delivered 25 goals across seven matches at an average of 3.6 goals per game.
Matchweek 4 also saw Al Jazira and Al Ain continue their perfect starts to the campaign. For the first time, the two clubs have both won their opening four matches of the same ADNOC Pro League season.
Both teams sit on 12 points, with Al Jazira leading the standings on goal difference and Al Ain in second place.
Ajman also made history by reaching nine points, their highest-ever tally after the opening four matches of a Pro League season.
Away teams enjoyed an impressive round, winning five of the seven matches. Al Wasl and Sharjah were the only home sides to claim victory, defeating Khorfakkan and United respectively.
The goals were almost evenly split between the two halves, with 12 scored before the break and 13 in the second half.
Matchweek 4 also produced two goals from outside the penalty area, scored by Pedro Malheiro and Kristjan Asllani. That was an increase from Matchweeks 2 and 3, which produced just one goal from outside the box between them.
Bani Yas recorded the highest number of shots in the round with 27 attempts but were unable to find the net. Al Wasl, meanwhile, registered a round-high nine shots on target and scored five goals.
Al Wahda recorded the highest possession percentage of the round with 64%, while Shabab Al Ahli led the way in successful dribbles with 11.
Individual performances also provided several highlights. Igor Coronado scored the first hat-trick of the ADNOC Pro League season, while Junior Flemmings and Aniss Karimi both struck twice.
Kodjo Laba was the only player to provide two assists during Matchweek 4, while Al Ain goalkeeper Khalid Eisa made eight saves to help his side keep a clean sheet and maintain their perfect start.
