UAE Pro League Concludes 2025-2026 Season Workshop

The UAE Pro League concluded its 2025-2026 season's kick-off workshop. It was held over two days at the Rixos Premium Saadiyat Hotel in Abu Dhabi.

 

 

 

The event was attended by Tariq Ali Al Shabibi, the UAE Pro League board member, Vice Chairman of the Technical Committee, and Musab Al Marzouqi, the UAE Pro League's CEO, in addition to, representatives from professional football clubs, match officials, and members from different league departments.

 

 

 

The second day of the workshop was dedicated to match officials from the UAE Pro League, including match commissioners, media officers, and access control supervisors.

 

 

 

The session featured a review of the electronic reporting system, followed by the discussion of several case studies aimed at improving operations and ensuring standardized procedures.

 

 

 

In this regard, Al Shabibi hailed the strong attendance of match officials, reflecting their ongoing commitment to development.

 

 

 

 

The UAE Pro League board member affirmed the Board’s confidence in the national talents involved in match organization and emphasized the vital role that match officials play in the success of fixtures.

 

 

 

Al Shabibi encouraged attendees to continue striving for excellence to serve the Emirati football.

 

 

 

The first day of the workshop included a presentation on updates and amendments to regulations across various competitions, covering marketing and commercial affairs, media, production and broadcasting, as well as competitions and operations.

 

 

 

It also featured a review of the key achievements from the previous season, along with recommendations to maintain collective efforts for a successful new season.

 

 

 

The UAE Pro League is committed to holding this annual workshop in alignment with its 2020–2030 strategic plan, which aims to enhance competitions across technical, marketing, media, and organizational aspects, ultimately advancing Emirati football and aligning it with the highest international standards.
