Kalba fought back from two goals down to hold Al Wahda to a 2-2 draw in their Matchweek 22 clash at Al Nahyan Stadium in the ADNOC Pro League.
Al Wahda made a strong start and took the lead in the ninth minute through Christian Benteke, who finished from inside the box.
Omar Khribin doubled the hosts’ advantage in the 19th minute from the penalty spot after winning the spot-kick himself.
Kalba responded in the second half and mounted an impressive comeback.
Renne Alezones pulled one back in the 69th minute with a header from inside the area before striking again just two minutes later with a composed finish to level the score.
Al Wahda pushed for a late winner, but Khribin was denied by the crossbar in the 86th minute as the match ended level.
The result moves Al Wahda to 36 points, while Kalba reach 23 points.
