Al Ain were crowned ADNOC Pro League champions for the 2025-2026 season after a dominant 5-0 win over Sharjah, securing the title with two rounds still remaining.
The title marks Al Ain’s sixth league crown in the professional era and the 15th in the club’s history, further cementing their status as one of the most successful teams in UAE football.
The victory kept Al Ain six points clear of second-placed Shabab Al Ahli, officially confirming the title race in favor of Al Zaeem.
With this achievement, Al Ain moved ahead of Shabab Al Ahli as the most successful club in the professional era, winning six league titles compared to Shabab Al Ahli’s five.
Al Ain’s title-winning campaign has also been filled with remarkable records. The team became the first club in ADNOC Pro League history to remain unbeaten in its opening 24 matches of a season, recording 19 wins and 5 draws.
Al Ain also extended their unbeaten streak in the competition to 31 matches, with 23 wins and 8 draws.
Al Ain still have the opportunity to add more records before the end of the season.
Winning their remaining two matches would give them their highest number of victories in a single campaign, while they could also become the first team in the professional era to complete an entire league season unbeaten.
Defensively, Al Ain have also impressed, keeping 12 clean sheets so far this season, with the possibility of increasing that tally in the final two rounds.
