Ajman Seal Dramatic 4-3 Comeback Win over Hatta

Ajman secured a thrilling 4-3 win over Hatta at Rashid Bin Saeed Stadium in Matchweek 2 of the ADNOC Pro League, completing a dramatic comeback with a late winner.

 

The match produced seven goals and several twists, with both teams coming from behind before Ajman eventually claimed all three points.

 

Hatta made a flying start as Bruno Leonardo opened the scoring with a powerful header in the fifth minute. Ajman responded just two minutes later when Lourency Do fired home from inside the penalty area to make it 1-1.

 

The hosts completed a quick turnaround in the eighth minute as Ismail Moumene produced an impressive individual effort to give Ajman a 2-1 lead.

 

The momentum shifted again in the 34th minute when M. Ben Alarbi converted a penalty to equalise for Hatta. He struck again in the 44th minute, scoring directly from a free-kick to put the visitors 3-2 ahead.

 

Ajman responded before the break, with Saad El Hadani scoring a powerful header in the 46th minute to level the match at 3-3 and bring a remarkable six-goal first half to a close.

 

The opening half was played at a high tempo and packed with attacking action. Ajman recorded 56.4% possession and five shots on target, compared to three for Hatta.

 

After the six-goal first half, the match remained finely balanced until the closing stages. Waleed Azaro eventually delivered the decisive moment in the 97th minute, scoring the winner to complete Ajman’s comeback and seal a dramatic 4-3 victory.

 

The result lifted Ajman to six points from their opening two matches, while Hatta remain without a point.
