The Serbian coaching school will have the strongest presence in the ADNOC Pro League during the 2026–27 season, with four Serbian head coaches taking charge of clubs across the competition—the highest representation of any nationality among the league's technical benches.
The quartet is led by Vladimir Ivić, who remains in charge of reigning champions Al Ain. He is joined by Goran Tufegdzic at Ajman, Aleksandar Ilić at Hatta, and Milos Milojevic at Al Nasr, highlighting the growing influence of Serbian coaches in UAE football.
The league also features a diverse international coaching line-up, with 10 other head coaches representing seven different nationalities.
Brazil is the second most represented nation, with André Jardine leading Shabab Al Ahli and Péricles Chamusca at Al Wahda.
Portugal is also represented by two coaches, José Morais at Sharjah and Rui Vitória at Al Wasl, while Romania has Cosmin Olăroiu at Al Jazira and Daniel Isăilă at Bani Yas.
The remaining clubs are led by coaches from four different nations. Spain is represented by Víctor Sánchez at Kalba, Italy by Andrea Pirlo at United FC, Croatia by Alen Horvat at Al Dhafra, while Emirati coach Abdulmajeed Al Nemer will lead Khorfakkan.
The wide range of coaching nationalities reflects the ADNOC Pro League's continued ability to attract accomplished managers from around the world. However, the Serbian coaching school stands out this season as the league's most represented, underlining its significant presence ahead of the 2026–27 campaign.
