The Fixtures take place over two days on Sunday and Monday, October 16th and 17th, as all games will be held at 17:00pm.
Sunday's action gets underway with the Shabab Al Ahli vs Al Jazira special encounter at Mohamed bin Zayed Stadium.
Al Jazira look to return to winning ways after they were defeated in the last matchweek.
While the League leaders Shabab Al Ahli seek to extend the gap at the top of the U-21 Pro League's table.
At the same time, Al Wahda will have a tough clash against Al Ain, as the latter look to bounce back after their last 0-1 defeat to Dibba and move up the standings. While ninth-placed Dibba face off tenth Ittihad Kalbaa at Dibba stadium.
The games continue on Monday, with seventh Al Nasr welcoming Bani Yas at Al Maktoum Stadium. Meanwhile, sixth Al Bataeh play against Al Dhafra, which sit in the 13th spot, at Al Bataeh Stadium.
Monday's third match will be between twelfth Al Wasl with 3 points and fourth-placed Sharjah with 8 points. Matchweek six concludes with bottom side Khorfakkan hosting Ajman at Saqr bin Muhammad Al Qasimi Stadium.
